terms & conditions
STRICTLY 50% downpayment before i start the comms, remaining balance should be settled once i’m done (unless the client wants to settle their payment in FULL).
PRICES are only BASE PRICES additional fees will be added depending on the complexity & number of revisions made
LIMITED SLOTS only. i accept commissions based on queue & my sched.
NO CANCELLATION/REFUND once i start designing.
CLIENT MUST SEND DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS / REQUESTS upon my request or their own accord (this includes design inspiration, preferred color palette, size/dimension).
NO FANSITE or BUBBLE PICTURES UNLESS allowed by the FANSITE (must send proof).
only 1 FREE REVISION per commission, additional revisions will have fees.
if the client has failed to send the needed details for their commission within 5 days after slot confirmation, their slot will be forfeited.
design/draft previews that will be sent throughout the transaction will have a watermark on. however, the final output/file shall be free of any watermark.
i am allowed to keep soft copies of my works for my portfolio.
ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSIONS have different rates.
NO redistribution of my designs to any third party.
for international commissions: additional fees that are charged by the chosen payment method (PayPal) shall be shouldered by the client.
the final output/file will be sent through a google drive link via email or direct message.
refunds will only apply on limited exceptions.
confirming a slot means the client have read and agreed to my terms and conditions.

please send your inquiry in this format:

design inspiration, preferred color palette, size/dimension, texts you want to add (if necessary), and other requests you deem important
either a google drive link or you can send me an email that contains the media you want to use for the commission (if necessary)
you can send this AFTER confirming your slot and only if it applies to you: the template your printing service/manufacturer requires (e.g. box template, paper bag template, cup template)
